Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership ,Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behaviour dan Organizatioal Performance pada karyawan perusahaan ekspedisi di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equaion Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23 dengan jumlah 130 responden yaitu  menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh karyawan perusahaan ekspedisi di Jakarta. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrument seperti uji validitas dan realibitas serta Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, Transformational Leadership bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing, Transformational Leadership bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour, Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance dan Innovative Work Behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance.
